Luke is a powerfully built buck who excels in body capacity, being long and deep bodied. He also exhibits great width starting at his chest and ending in a wide and open rear leg set with a "bowling ball" escoutcheon and straight rear legs. Luke also has an incredibly level topline. I do wish he were a little more angular throughout and had a longer rump, however. I've been happy with his kids so far, they seem to retain his strengths while tending to be more angular. Only a couple of his daughters have freshened but so far they seem to have good capacity, teat size and placement and overall nice attachments.

"L.B." as we call him, was born traumatically via emergency c-section because he was a very LARGE single BUCK (get it, "L.B"?). By the time the vet got him out, we all thought for sure this guy wasn't alive because it had taken awhile. So he was unceremoniously plunked on the floor while his poor mama Peanut was stitched up. Well, I happened to look over at him at the right time to see a twitch of life and gasped "HE'S ALIVE!" so while the vet worked on Peanut, the tech started working on L.B. and low and behold, he made it! The first few days for both him an Peanut were kind of sketchy but they both ended up fine. L.B.'s dam has produced my strongest mammary line kid after kid so I was very excited to have the chance to cross her with Scotty. L.B. is still a big boy, very long bodied with decent width through out. He is also sharp and angular with a level topline and long rump. He's also a naturally uphill buck but I do wish he had a more correct front end assembly (smoother blending from neck into shoulders as well as tighter elbows). I'm really itching to see what he can produce, however his birth was so traumatizing to me that I'm afraid to use him lest he also throw gigantic single bucks, sigh...

Overall I really like Bae. He's a nicely proportioned guy all around, not extreme in any one area and I like that. I also like his length of body and strength of topline as well as his sharpness and angularity. I know it doesn't count for much to anyone but myself, but he also naturally has a chill and friendly demeanor. He could use a longer and more level rump and a bit more depth wouldn't hurt either but I do like that his daughters have been very pretty and feminine and also have his level topline. His first daughter to freshen had a somewhat small mammary but it was attached EVERYWHERE with nice teat placement and size, as well as nice medial.

Known around here as "Knucklehead", I would classify this guy as "very dairy"! He is uphill, looong bodied and sharp and angular through out. He also has a nice front end and level topline and rump. I would like to see more depth of body and width throughout, however. He has some strong mammary potential behind him and I can't wait to see what he does for my herd. Thank you Megan!

Well, I just don't think I can go wrong with Caliban. He's a cross of a lot of my favorite bloodlines all wrapped in to a nice little package. He's a small guy, but he also has a wonderful front end, level topline, good length of body and is adequately wide through out. He's also reasonably sharp and angular and has wonderful width between the hocks and a high, wide escutcheon. Overall a very balanced fella. Thanks Megan!

Charlie has his dam's very nice, level topline which follows through to his rump. He's also looong bodied, sharp and angular. I do wish he were deeper bodied and had a touch more width through out but his dam line is tediously slow maturing so I'm hoping he'll fill out with maturity. If he can put his dam's udder on his kids, I'll be pretty happy though!

I think Cupid is a promising young buck. He's nicely balanced in all aspects being long and deep bodied, sharp and angular and wide through out. He has a nice front end with good brisket extension. He's got a strong topline too. His pedigree isn't super flashy necessarily but he is backed by some very strong mammary genetics and is from my heaviest milking dam-line.

Ah, my little Rumor. What can I say? I feel his pedigree kind of speaks for itself. I am obsessed with his dam, to me she is just the picture of a miniature dairy goat. Rumor himself has excellent body capacity, being very long and ultra deep bodied. He also has a smoothly blended front end and good width through out. He could be a little more level in the rump with better rear leg angulation but overall he's a nice boy with the sweetest disposition. Can't wait to see what he produces here. Thanks Renee!
